The Whistleblower Channel is a written procedure that describes the way to address complaints or concerns to the company’s Compliance Officer relating to any kind of irregular conduct that are suspected of being committed by an employee, whether due to breaching a legal requirement, a regulation that has been voluntarily adopted by the company, or in general, any breach of AAGES’s Code of Conduct.

External whistleblowing disclosure channel

AAGES wants to provide to its employees, shareholders and others a specific channel of communication with Management and the Governing bodies, that serves as an instrument to report any suspected or actual irregularities, instances of non-compliance with the Code of Conduct, as well as unethical or unlawful behavior or behavior that is against the rules and regulations which govern AAGES.

The Whistleblower disclosure channel meets the requirements of the Sarbanes Oxley Act.

In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, we inform you that your data may be incorporated into the treatment system owned by AAGES Devco Services, S.A. CIF A-90380361 and registered office at calle Energía Solar 1, 41014 Sevilla, to attend your enquiry. In compliance with current regulations, we inform you that the data will be retained for the period strictly necessary to comply with the above precepts.
